Online lottery in Vietnam: questions
Which lottery sites accept players from Vietnam?
We list the lottery sites we rank whose terms accept players from Vietnam, in order of our score. A site whose terms exclude Vietnam is left out. Sites change their country lists, so check again when you sign up. How we score sites is on how we rank.
Is it legal to play the lottery online from Vietnam?
We have not verified a rule on buying lottery tickets from sites abroad for Vietnam yet, so check the law where you live before you buy.
What currency will I pay in from Vietnam?
Your local currency is the Vietnamese Dong. Big foreign draws set their prices and prizes in their own currency: US dollars for Powerball and Mega Millions, euros for EuroMillions and Eurojackpot. If you pay in another currency, the exchange rate and any card conversion fee change what a line costs you.
Does the site I buy from change my odds?
No. The odds are set by the draw, not by the site. What differs between sites is the price per line and the fees, so compare those rather than the jackpot. Most lines win nothing; see responsible gambling for limits and help.
Who do I complain to if a site does not pay?
Every site we rank shows the licence it holds. A complaint about a payment or a prize goes to the site first, then to the body that licenses it, so check that licence before you deposit.
Set the spend before you pick the numbers.
Most lottery lines win nothing. Decide a monthly amount you can lose, and use the deposit limits on the site you play at.
